Words Fail Me

My son is about to be eight and last night I asked him what he would like for his birthday. I believe my words were “just let me know what you’d like”. So he says:
1. A twitter account
2. A piano
3. Tottenham players (I’m guessing cards not the real deal)
4. An iPhone
5. A credit card

Truly words fail me, particularly the last two. Number five clearly translates into ‘I’ll use this to get one to four if you don’t give them to me”. I think this boy is getting a bit too strategic in his thinking. Hmmmm.
